ABOUT THE BOOK
Grandpa Nick’s Bump is a true story about the author’s late husband, Nick, and his coping with meningioma, and his being ask to be a Grandfather by four neighborhood children, as they did not have a Grandfather. He accepted the honor of being their Grandfather and enjoyed each moment with them. Unfortunately, he passed away four months later due to a “bump”, a very large tumor, which was on the side of his head.
Grandpa Nick’s Bump is an amusing yet touching tale that follows beloved Grandpa Nick who is adored by the children for the care he gives and the love he shows. This is the story of the children coping with his death and learning of the happiness of heaven.

Mrs. Lynda Daniele holds a Bachelor of Arts in music from Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York, and a Master of Public Administration from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Lynda is a former public library trustee. She has also taught adult literacy in her hometown in Southwick, Massachusetts, and has taught faith formation in her local parish. Lynda is a lay sister in the Third Order of St. Dominic. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and her little Border terrier, Molly.
Lynda M. Daniele is also the author of “Grandpa Nick’s Bump”, a story of her husband, his special grandchildren and the importance of grandfatherhood.
